Welcome to Pasta Max Cafe. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Douglas Zitz, my wife Barbara. I am the Chef a Pasta Max Cafe, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Parl N.Y and have worked in several of South Florida's finest restaurants before opening my first establishment in Henry County in 1994.


Let me take a moment to tell you how we differ from other restaurants. We are not a chain, fresh

pasta is our specialty here made in the style of Nothern Italy. Throughout the years, we have expanded our menu, combining the finest. cusine with an abundance of new ideas. All of the ingredients used in this restaurant are the finest available and everything is made here on the premises.
